• We will keep you updated throughout the process, providing regular status reports and an estimated timeline for resolution.
• If replacement parts are necessary, we'll provide a detailed quote for approval before proceeding with any purchases.
• For unique and more complex problems requiring additional time, we will contact you before hand to provide a detailed status report. If additional time is requested by customer, an hour extension fee will be applied at $50.

We assemble your PC with the same meticulous attention to detail and rigorous standards that we apply to our own builds, you’ll receive a fully optimized and stress-tested system, ready for immediate use, with no further configuration necessary. This package includes but not limited to;

 

• Assembly of your PC
• Precision cable management to ensure a visually clean and organized system, both front and back of your pc.
• Updating motherboard BIOS configuration and fine-tuning settings such as; ram speed and timings, fan curves, and monitoring components thresholds to achieve peak performance.
• A complete Windows installation followed by comprehensive system optimization. This is completed by thorough system drivers and firmware updates, as well as the installation of any relevant RGB software to enhance your system’s aesthetic and functionality.
• A comprehensive stress testing protocol usually lasting 3.5 hours to rigorously evaluate the stability and reliability of all components, ensuring no hardware failures or performance issues.

 If you have an already built PC and want it to look professional and run at its best, our Cable Management Service is for you. Let our team of experts handle the cable work for you, we’ll re-route and organize all your cables for a sleek, clutter-free, and professional style look. We ensure this by;

 

• Cable Re-routing & Hiding: We’ll move power cables, data cables, fan wires, and RGB connectors behind the pc chamber tray or along the edges of the case to keep them out of sight. This results in a clean, modern look.
• Strategic Component Disassembly: For better access, we may temporarily remove components to ensure cables are routed efficiently without permanent changes.
• Secure & Neat: We use cable ties, Velcro straps, and cable combs to keep everything tightly in place, eliminating clutter and preventing cables from obstructing moving fans and components.
• Optional Custom Sleeving: For a premium touch, we offer custom cable sleeving kits to enhance your build’s aesthetics with a cohesive, high-end finish.

A SuperMoon detail is a comprehensive deep-cleaning and maintenance service for your computer, designed to restore both its performance and appearance. It covers every part of your system, inside and out, to make it look and run like new.

• Exterior Cleaning: Wipe down and Blow-out. Polish of the case, glass panels, and exterior surfaces to remove dust, fingerprints, and grime.
• Internal Deep Clean: Carefully remove dust buildup from all components using air and anti-static tools. Fans, radiators, heatsinks, and power supply filters are cleaned to restore airflow and cooling efficiency.
• Remove Certain Components: we may remove components to reach tight or hard-to-access areas for a truly thorough clean.
• Thermal Maintenance: Remove and replace old CPU thermal paste, clean all cooling components, and adjust fan curves for optimal temperatures and quieter operation.
• Finishing Touches: Check RGB lighting, perform a full system inspection, and document results with optional before-and-after photos.

Our NewMoon detail offers the same careful attention to cleanliness without the advanced maintenance steps.
