Refund policy
Full Refund Eligibility
We have a 15-day full return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with no missing items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted in person, we'll inspect it and may conduct a brief stress test. If you have a shipping return we’ll send you a return shipping label ($100 shipping label cost will be deducted), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not guarantee a full refund.
Full refunds are only available on PC purchases (new or preowned) and un-opened accessories & peripherals.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or deposits.

Partial Refund Eligibility & Restocking Fees
If you're past our standard 15 day full refund window or don't meet the requirements for a full refund, you may be eligible for a partial refund up to 30 days of purchase. This is determined on the condition of the item as well as factoring any missing parts.
PCs that meet all requirements but are past 15 days are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
PCs that have missing items and/or are not in like new condition are subject to a 12% - 20% restocking fee.
Preowned PCs & Laptops along with accessories & peripherals that are open-box are subject up to a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges
If you purchased a PC and/or Accessories & Peripherals but its not meeting your needs, we offer a 30 day exchange policy. This is done as if it was a return. Same requirements BUT with an additional time window, no waiting on banks, and lower restocking fees. Get an additional 3% with an exchange over a return. Exchanges are done through a Moonlight PCs gift card and do not expire!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Refund Time Frame
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
